What LED screen rental includes
A rental is a night with a date, a canvas, and a crew that leaves the room the way it was found. It is not a processor sitting in a case by itself.
The night has four parts
Deliver. The wall, the processor, and the cable land at the venue with enough time to build before doors. Rig. The structure is checked for the room, indoor, outdoor, or on a truck. Operate. One engineer stays with the picture through the show. Strike. The wall comes down and the floor is clear before the building wants it back.
Indoor fine pitch, outdoor cabinets, and mobile stages are the same service with a different canvas. Stock canvases we already name are 10 by 6 feet, 15 by 8, and 20 by 10. A custom size is a conversation, not a catalog guess.
What the page will not invent
There is no day rate on this site. A Tuesday in a sanctuary and a Saturday stadium load-in are not the same job, and a printed price would be a fiction. The quote form asks for the city, the date, the canvas, and how the room is powered. The number is written after that.
Rental does not include a second catalog of permanent walls. If the screen has to stay, that is sale and install, with a warranty dated from the day the wall is commissioned.
